The mere mention of Kevin James, the dreaded two words Adam Sandler usually follows so it’s no surprise Mr James has now followed his buddy into Netflix. We could go on for an eternity on the crimes he and his Buddy Sandler have done on humanity and the destruction of the comedy genre. Movies that were insulting, degrading but we mustn’t forget James contributed a few too with Here Comes The Boom one that sticks painfully in the mind.
True Memoirs Of An International Assassin is an  action comedy stars Kevin James as Sam Larson, a mild-mannered would-be author who gets mistaken for a killer-for-hire when his fictional novel about an international assassin is published as a true story. When the book is a huge success, he is suddenly kidnapped, taken out of the country, and forced into an assassination plot.
When it comes to Kevin James movies it’s all down to how much you can tolerate or even attempt to laugh at any the material in the films. Will he be convincing as an hitman , he was unconvincing  as MMA fighter. Obviously Netfix see something in James and give hope as none of his stomach churning buddies are anywhere to be seen.If the forgiveness is beyond repair at least you can see our lead protagonist been blown thanks to an RPG.
The film stars Andy Garcia (Kill the Messenger) , Zulay Henao (Meet the Blacks), Maurice Compte (Narcos), Andrew Howard (Taken 3), Rob Riggle (22 Jump Street), Kelen Coleman (The McCarthy’s), Leonard Earl Howze (Memphis Beat), Yul Vasquez (The Lottery) and Kim Coates (Sons of Anarchy) also star in the film.
True Memoirs Of An International Assassin is set to premiere on Netflix UK&Ireland 11th November.
