Timothée Chalamet Dreams Big: First Trailer for Josh Safdie’s Marty Supreme Is Here!
A24 have released the first trailer for Josh Safdie‘s (Uncut Gems) highly anticipated sports dramedy Marty Supreme, which you can watch below!
Set in the 1950s, Academy Award Nominee Timothée Chalamet (A Complete Unknown) stars as the the ardently ambitious Marty Mauser and Academy Award Winner Gwyneth Paltrow (Shakespeare in Love) as a famous movie star that Marty begins an affair with on the road.
The films official synopsis teases: “A young man with a dream no one respects go to hell and back in the pursuit of greatness.” Cleverly reminiscent of Chalamet SAG Awards speech earlier this year, which he won for his portrayal of Bob Dylan in James Mangold’s A Complete Unknown.
The film also stars Odessa A’zion, Kevin O’Leary, Fran Drescher, Sandra Bernhard, musician Tyler The Creator, magician Penn Jillette and filmmaker Abel Ferrara.

Marty Supreme is set to release in UK Cinemas on 26th December by EFD Films (25th December in the U.S by A24).
