In just over 4 weeks time Disney will release TRON: Ares and the box office is now opened. To celebrate the opening we have a new Trailer which snippets of unseen footage!
Are you ready to return to the grid? There was a buzz when TRON: Legacy was released in 2010, however the reception was mixed. Visually the film was stunning with the script and characters described as shallow and undeveloped. 15 years on we can clearly say technology has improved, will it be a better story?
This stars Jared Leto in the lead Greta Lee, Evan Peters, Hasan Minhaj, Jodie Turner-Smith, Arturo Castro, Cameron Monaghan, with Gillian Anderson. Joachim Rønning directs (Maleficent 2, Young Woman And The Sea).
TRON: Ares is about Ares (Leto), an a highly sophisticated Program. He’s sent into the real world from the digital on a mission that marks humanity’s first encounter with A.I Beings from Tron.

Nine Inch Nails yesterday unveiled the official music video for their new single, “As Alive As You Need Me To Be,” the first song to be released from the “TRON: Ares” Original Motion Picture Soundtrack and the first official new music from the band in five years. The complete Original Motion Picture Soundtrack launches September 19 via Interscope Records.
Disney have also released one final asset with a new Poster which has Jared Leto taking centre stage.
TRON: Ares will be in UK, Irish and U.S Cinemas from 10th October.
