THOR Movie plot details revealed
Paramount /Marvel have just updated the plot information they released recently and this does sound great stuff:
Paramount Pictures and Marvel Entertainment present the epic adventure, “Thor,” which spans the Marvel Universe from present day Earth to the realm of Asgard. At the center of the story is the mighty Thor (Chris Hemsworth), a powerful but arrogant warrior whose reckless actions reignite an ancient war.
Thor is cast down to Earth by his father Odin (Anthony Hopkins) and is forced to live among humans. A beautiful, young scientist, Jane Foster (Natalie Portman), has a profound effect on Thor, as she ultimately becomes his first love.
It’s while here on Earth that Thor learns what it takes to be a true hero when the most dangerous villain of his world sends the darkest forces of Asgard to invade Earth.
I’m getting to soft in my old age as basically most of the films we get scoops or trailers on the first time I dont seem to be too impressed but soon as more info comes out I start to like it alot better. What puts me off a little is Kenneth Brannagh directing, if you know his background alot of his acting and directoral seem to very serious, shakespere inspired and with this movie been a popular comicbook been a fantasy character you wonder how serious or lighthearted he’ll be hopefully he’ll prove us all wrong. He has chosen a stellar cast which mouth watering and with the Asgard legions heading to earth to do battle and layeth the smacketh down on our mortal lifes, oh yes this sounds good stuff.
One thing I know is I am looking forward to this movie more than the one dimensional propagandist Captain America!!!
