THE 1ST ANNUAL THE PEOPLES MOVIES AWARDS…

Yes you must be saying “oh No not another website doing it now!”, why not? 2010 is only 8 weeks away and the before you know it it will be the Oscars and Bafta’s!! I’ll do something for the Oscar’s possibly Bafta’s nearer the time but November marks the first aniversary for the blog so to celebrate it and have a little fun I’m going to do the first annual Peoples Movies film awards.

I’ll need your help guys for this to suceed and I’m going to split it into several sections. First section decide on what categories will be included in the awards, at the bottom of the page is a few suggestions for awards. Most of them are generic categories (i:e  Best actor, actress, movie, etc…) but I want your suggestions which can be funny and serious.Once the categories are decided the next stage is to vote for what and who should be in each category and then final category is the actual vote!.

I would love to give out some freebies but I cant afford to,(if you are a film company or big movie website maybe you can through in some free prizes? if yes get in touch). This is just a fun vote and I will be over the moon if you can get involved in the voting ectc…

Here’s the deadlines for voting:

STAGE 1: NOVEMBER 21ST – Deciding on the categories

STAGE 2: December 5th – Who and whats in each category

STAGE3:December 29TH  – THE MAIN VOTE DEADLINE

Jan 1st – THE RESULTS!!!

• Best Trailer
• Worst Trailer
• Biggest Dissappointment in a movie
• Best overall promotion for a movie (trailers, teasers,etc….0
• Best Article on the blog.
