Survival Is The Key In Apple TV+ Tehran Season 2 Trailer

Survival is the key in the first official Trailer for Apple TV+ Espionage thriller series Tehran second season.

Niv Sultan returns once again as our Mossad agent Tamar Rabinyan. What will intrigue fans of the show, the teaser trailer gives us a first look at Academy Award-nominee Glenn Close.

Tehran follows Tamar (Sultan),  a Mossad hacker-agent who infiltrates Tehran under a false identity to help destroy Iran’s nuclear reactor. But, when her mission fails, Tamar must plan an operation that will place everyone dear to her in jeopardy. Whilst undercover in Iran, mingling with the locals Tamar starts to question her heritage.

This show has been consistently solid, however it’s had no starpower to get the show watched by more viewers despite the awards. Close will give the show that starpower and from this teaser, things are very intense!

The new season stars two-time Emmy Award winner and Academy Award nominee Glenn Close and Niv Sultan, who returns as Mossad agent Tamar Rabinyan, as well as Shaun Toub and Shervin Alenabi.

The rest of the cast also includes Shaun Toub, Shervin Alenabi, Arash Marandi and Shila Ommi

Tehran Season 2 will debut on Apple TV+ from 6th May 2022 with the first two episodes followed by new weekly instalments each Friday during it’s eight-episode season through 17th June  2022.
