Today Momentum Pictures have been in touch to announce the movies official UK & Irish release date of January 13th, 2012, a date all true cinephiles will take note of in their dairies.
Hunger was a stunning debut for McQueen so when SHAME came on the scene the anticipation, the buzz for the film has been electric. What’s really exciting about this upcoming movie is the movie brings together McQueen and the movies lead Michael Fassbender who played Irish Republican hunger striker Bobby Sands in Hunger, a part that propelled him into the lead actor he is now.
