Snowpiercer Season 3 Trailer Teases Life Off The Train

Later this month it will be time to hop back on that train again when Snowpiercer Season 3 arrives. TNT have released a new trailer that teases life might be getting better, life off the train!

Earth maybe slowly ‘healing’, secrets revealed can we truly see life off the train? The promo does suggest life not onboard is not a death sentence in post apocalyptic Earth which is an ice-age. The politics, the class divide, the infighting maybe confined to the train  will follow off the train?

Daveed Diggs and Sean Bean return as Layton and train creator Wilford. Their battle will continue over a 1000 carriages apart with Layton in the smaller ‘Pirate ship’ part as Wilford consolidates more power. A mysterious woman is back onboard Snowpiercer after living 8 years of the train. Is she the key to survival.

It’s amazing to think this Bong Joon-Ho’s bonkers film of the same name. The series maybe more dramatic, this new promo teases things are about to sail towards the film’s tone!

At the end of “Snowpiercer” season two, Layton (Daveed Diggs) and Ruth (Alison Wright), who were banished to Big Alice’s compost car, plotted to take back Snowpiercer. With the help of Javier (Roberto Urbina) and Alexandra (Rowan Blanchard), Layton and Ruth made it back to Snowpiercer and rallied with their supporters. Josie (Katie McGuiness) destroyed the Aquarium car, separating Snowpiercer’s head from the remaining 1,023 cars. Season three picks up with Layton and his inner circle commanding a small 10 car “pirate train” in search of Melanie and a possible warm location to restart civilization; while back on Snowpiercer, Mr. Wilford is consolidating power, awaiting Layton’s return.

The season 3 cast also includes Alison Wright, Mickey Sumner,Jennifer Connelly,  Iddo Goldberg, Katie McGuinness, Lena Hall, Archie Panjabi, Annalise Basso, Sam Otto, Roberto Urbina, Sheila Vand, Mike O’Malley, Chelsea Harris, and Steven Ogg.

Snowpiercer Season 3 will premiere on TNT in the US from 24th January. As for here in the UK, Ireland various other regions we believe that new season will premiere on Netflix from 25th January, not confirmed yet.
