Sharlto Copley, James Purefoy Join The Witcher Season 4 Cast
Netflix announce the latest additions for The Witcher Season 4. Sharlto Copley, James Purefoy and Danny Woodburnย are all confirmed to star in the latest season of the Witcher franchise.
The streaming giants announced Sharlto Copley joins as the infamous bounty hunter, Leo Bonhart. James Purefoy who is no stranger to fantasy after playing Solomon Kane, he joins as Emhyrโs court advisor and high-ranking spy, Skellen. Danny Woodburn joins as fan favourite dwarf from the books and games, Zoltan.
What we know for The Witcher Season 4 will continue after the shocking, Continent-altering events that closed out season three. The new season follows Geralt, Yennefer, and Ciri who are faced with traversing the war-ravaged Continent and its many demons apart from each other. If they can embrace and lead the groups of misfits they find themselves in, they have a chance of surviving the baptism of fire โ and finding one another again.
Already announced Liam Hemsworth is taking over from Henry Cavil as Geralt of Rivia. Cavill made the role himself and Hemsworth has a mountain to climb to match or go further to prove he’s a worthy successor.
Copley, Purefoy and Woodburn join Liam Hemsworth, Anya Chalotra, Freya Allan, Joey Batey and Laurence Fishburne in the highly anticipated 4th Season.
Show creator Lauren Schmidt Hissrich is still onboard as showrunner and executive producer.
It’s expected the production of The Witcher Season 4 will start sometime in Spring.
