It’s been gathering fantastic reviews since its world premiere last month at Telluride, Universal Pictures today release a second UK Trailer for Belfast. We all have a story to tell, and is that story of Kenneth Brangah will it be one of Oscar glory?
This film is an semi-autobiographical film based around Branagh’s own life story which will be his most personal story to date. We follow Buddy (Jude Hill) a 10-year-old boy full of hi jinks, living in the turmoil and conflict of 1960s Belfast. Shall he leave for pastures new? Love, laughter and loss will cross Buddy’s life path.
Whilst, it may be just the hyperbole in full charge when quotes of Oscars are mentioned. With the February release date Universal will have high hopes for some glory, and they have reviews to back their claim. We haven’t seen the film yet, but from reaction we would be silly to say it won’t be…
