Scarlett Johansson Can Feel Everything In Luc Besson’s Lucy UK Trailer

If you ever needed more evidence that Scarlett Johansson is ass kicking assassin possibly worthy at a shot at Black Widow film, Luc Besson can see the potential, Scarlett can feel everything, watch the UK Lucy Trailer.

Set in the backdrop of a futuristic city in Asia we meet Lucy (Johansson) a woman finds herself kidnapped forced to be a drug mule when she awakens to find that unknown drugs are in her stomach. When she’s punched by one of her captors one of the drug packs accidentally burst into her bloodstream  giving her strength, speed, knowledge and abilities, essentially making her superhuman.

The first thing that will come into your head when you watch this, Limitless as both Lucy and Bradley Cooper’s ability is affected by drugs both characters sensory state pushed beyond our basic understanding. Its crazy to think we don’t use our brains to maxium capacity and  Lucy challenges the notion of the brain using the maximum physical capabilities.

It’s been a long long time since Luc Besson has delivered an critically successful film things look like they may change this summer with this one. The trailer played last week’s Cinemacon leaving with lots of applause and positive vibes , it’s on our must watch list for Summer 2014. Lucy looks like Limitless gone extreme in a way if Black Widow was allowed to have her own 15 rating  movie instead of the Marvel 12A it might look something like this one, high octane, fun  and action packed!

Synopsis
