Red Band Trailer For Our Idiot Brother

Paul Rudd has already proven he is Our Idiot Brother and we’ve seen plenty of ‘good clean fun’ but in the USA this is a R Rated so we would be nice to see a little bit of that more adult content and like Dont Be Afraid of The Dark on the day of the American release we get an red band trailer. It seem there’s there more than just  a hurricane thats causing a storm in the USA it seems this trailer has got ABC network livid due to drug references, getting stoned, and simulating urinating with lemon juice bottle, ah the land of free, it certainly not USA when this fairly harmless trailer cant be aired even after the water shed!

No word on this been released in UK & Ireland but the movie is getting released in USA on August 26th. A juicy looking cast for this movie which includes Elizabeth Banks, Steve Coogan, Zooey Deschanel, Rashida Jones, Emily Mortimer, Adam Scott, Hugh Dancy with Jesse Peretz directing.

Ned Rochlin (Rudd) looks for the good in every situation and in everyone, which often puts him at odds with the world around him – especially his family. Upon being released from jail for a stupid mistake, Ned is kicked off of the organic farm he lives and works on by his ex-girlfriend Janet (Hahn) who also insists on keeping his beloved dog, Willie Nelson. Having nowhere else to go, he turns to his family, three ambitious sisters (Banks, Deschanel, Mortimer) and an overbearing mother (Knight). Ned crashes at each of their homes, in succession, and brings honesty, happiness and a sunny disposition into their lives. In other words, he wreaks havoc.
