Last week Disney got all out ‘Royal’ when they released a ‘Disney Princesses’ images, today we get the Trailer. Later this year Ralph Breaks the Internet: Wreck-It Ralph 2 will be finally released and the new UK Trailer reveals not just it’s films princesses, it’s invaded by Stormtroopers too!
The first film saw our villain turned hero Ralph (John C. Reilly) invade arcade machines, the follow he invades cyberspace with Vanellope von Schweetz (Sarah Silverman).
The last few years Disney has picked up a lot of new brands and this trailer is a cameo friendly promo. Everyone from its original universe to the Marvel Cinematic Universe and even Star Wars universe appear in some shape or form. Everyone from Google to Amazon also gets a mention, you could say this plays like the Ready Player One promo too.
Next, to the cameos, easter eggs, and pop culture references, we finally get a look at Yess in action with KnowsMore getting a better intro. We can expect the usual Disney joke, Internet gags but we may get to see Ralph and Vanellope’s relationship put to the test.
All the boxes are been ticked here’s hoping it’s worth the wait. With a late November release date, I would not be surprised if this plays London Film Festival…
INTO THE INTERNET – In “Ralph Breaks the Internet: Wreck-It Ralph 2,” Vanellope von Schweetz and Wreck-It Ralph leave the arcade world behind to explore the uncharted and thrilling world of the internet. In this image, Vanellope and Ralph have a breathtaking view of the world wide web, a seemingly never-ending metropolis filled with websites, apps, and social media networks. On a quest to save Vanellope’s game, how will these two misfits ever succeed in this vast new world?
