Peeta’s Fate Revealed in New Hunger Games: Mockingjay Part 1 clip

“There has been rampant speculation about what really happened in the Quarter Quell”

Ahead of its release later this month, Lionsgate UK have released a new clip from the much-anticipated The Hunger Games: Mockingjay Part 1, showing the moment when Katniss (Jennifer Lawrence) discovers that Peeta (Josh Hutcherson) is alive and well, after the events of the Quarter Quell in Catching Fire.

Mockingjay Part 1 finds Katniss in District 13 under the leadership of President Coin (Julianne Moore), as she reluctantly fights to save the nation of Panem, and her friend Peeta, from the tyrannical President Snow (Donald Sutherland).

The film, directed by Francis Lawrence, also stars Liam Hemsworth, Woody Harrelson, Elizabeth Banks, Philip Seymour Hoffman, Jeffrey Wright and Stanley Tucci.

The Hunger Games: Mockingjay Part 1 arrives in UK cinemas on 20th November.
