Paramount Unveil New Transformers:The Last Knight Billboard Art

He may have a love/hate relationship with cinephiles and film critics but whatever you think of Michael Bay, he delivers the readies for Paramount Pictures. Next Summer the 5th instalment of Transformers franchise Transformers: The Last Knight will be released in UK&Irish cinemas and today we get a look at some new artwork. Check it out…

Transformers The Last Knight Billboard Art

The new artwork or Billboard artwork has been released, whilst we’re unsure if it’s been on show in UK but if you have been in New York past couple of weeks you may have seen this. The above artwork has been in Times Square  area and we see Optimus Prime the autobot leader with a giant sword read to battle a 3 headed creature. A creature that feels like it’s straight Godzilla film ala King Gidorah, but is the 3 headed creature robotic?

At this stage we still don’t  know very much what Transformers: The Last Knight will be about, the new artwork does give have a few clues possible routes. We see a tattered torn Autobots flag like it’s been in the wars and in the background also shows what looks like Alien Ships, so alien invasion?

Still 10 months before Transformers 5 arrives, so it maybe just a little too early to reveal the film’s plot for the sake of spoiling it. After the trouble with the last film and rumours spreading like wildfire we’ll take it easy this time wait until it’s official. But 3 headed monsters, Prime with a sword, alien spaceships and Chicago likely to feel the explosive wraith of  Michael Bay. When the Baymeister is in town expect to see him unleash his appetite for destruction, so watch out Detroit, London and Cuba!

Transformers: The Last Knight will be released in UK&Ireland from 23rd June 2017. The film will star Mark Wahlberg, Josh Duhamel, Anthony Hopkins, and Peter Cullen.
