New UK Trailer For Nightmare Alley Bradley Cooper Will Read ‘Your Mind’

Bradley Cooper has been many things in his film career in the latest UK Trailer for Guillermo Del Toro‘s Nightmare Alley, he wants to read your mind.

It was only a couple of weeks ago the final U.S Trailer was released, today it’s the UK version. The Mexican horror auteur exchanging gothic and creature horror for old school film noir with a potential twist.

Cooper leads the cast in this one Stanton Carlisle, a carny who has an knack of manipulating people, under the guise of a psychic. He heads to the big city, manipulate more only to cross paths with psychiatrist (Cate Blanchett) who is determined to expose him as a charlatan. Only to find herself involved in his games.

It may not be horror, it still has that dark, psychological tone we expect from Del Toro. We cannot wait for this one…

When charismatic but down-on-his-luck Stanton Carlisle (Bradley Cooper) endears himself to clairvoyant Zeena (Toni Collette) and her has-been mentalist husband Pete (David Strathairn) at a traveling carnival, he crafts a golden ticket to success, using this newly acquired knowledge to grift the wealthy elite of 1940s New York society. With the virtuous Molly (Rooney Mara) loyally by his side, Stanton plots to con a dangerous tycoon (Richard Jenkins) with the aid of a mysterious psychiatrist (Cate Blanchett) who might be his most formidable opponent yet.

The film also stars Toni Collette, Willem Dafoe, Richard Jenkins, Rooney Mara, Ron Perlman, David Strathairn. Along with Holt McCallany, Clifton Collins Jr., Tim Blake Nelson, and Jim Beaver.

Nightmare Alley now has a UK and Irish release date and that day will be 21st January 2022.In the U.S and Canada the release will be a little sooner, 17th December.
