New Full Pacific Rim UK Trailer Wishes You Where Still 12 Year Old

This July the inner child will be unleashed in everyone when giants robots cause havoc with giant monsters in Guillermo Del Toro‘s  Pacific Rim and  the new trailer looks like a monster smash!

With 2 months to go this looks likely to be the final trailer and if you haven’t had enough of robots (Jaegers) laying the smack down on Kaiju (giant monsters) this new new one will wet your whistle wishing you where 12 once again. What we get here is a better explanation of how the Jaegers function but most of all all eyes are on  the battles between the giants giving us a sense of the scale.

Pacific Rim looks a fun film which will release the inner child though its a risky move for Warner Bros who have virtually given Del Toro a free roam as people will look at the film see Transformers. Fair enough however the story for this one is more science fiction potentially stronger,special effects look good too here’s hoping it lives upto its buzz as well some more screen time for the human cast! Go Big or go extinct!

Pacific Rim stars Idris Elba, Charlie Day, Max Martini, Rob Kazinsky, Clifton Collins Jr, Rinko Kikuchi,Ron Perlman, and Diego Klattenhoff. Pacific Rim will be arriving in UK&Ireland, USA 12th July 2013.

SYNOPSIS:

When legions of monstrous creatures, known as Kaiju, started rising from the sea, a war began that would take millions of lives and consume humanity’s resources for years on end. To combat the giant Kaiju, a special type of weapon was devised: massive robots, called Jaegers, which are controlled simultaneously by two pilots whose minds are locked in a neural bridge. But even the Jaegers are proving nearly defenseless in the face of the relentless Kaiju. On the verge of defeat, the forces defending mankind have no choice but to turn to two unlikely heroes – a washed up former pilot (Charlie Hunnam) and an untested trainee (Rinko Kikuchi) – who are teamed to drive a legendary but seemingly obsolete Jaeger from the past. Together, they stand as mankind’s last hope against the mounting apocalypse.
