We’ve been teased several times now by our titular hero, his old faithful Wookie, Lando and a possible love interest. Now it’s finally time to get a proper glimpse at Solo: A Star Wars Story villain, Enfys Nest in a new clip.
There’s been lots of mystery behind our upcoming film’s villain or should I say, villainess. Apart from them been a woman, there’s not a lot we know about her. One theory that many fans have, that behind the mask it’s actually Emilia Clarke‘s Qi’ra character. There is however that Enfys is not really a ‘villain’ as Hans world is full of criminals, grifters and all sorts of nasty untrustworthy folks. Even Hans is considered of untrustworthy individuals.
Enfys is a pirate who leads the cloud rider pirate gang, which Solo and Tobias Beckett (Woody Harrelson) team and have to face off. Enfys is shrouded in mystery which teases us with that suggestion who is playing, even if she is a he!
Below is a short clip which you can clearly see has Kurosawa inspired like a cowboy classic standoff. It seems our masked rider has a bone to pick with Beckett, but as Hans steps into to ease the trouble, it all goes wrong. Classic Star Wars tension and humour!
Star Wars: The Last Jedi was certainly the franchise most divisive film to date. There was many who loved but equally many loathed it. Lucasfilm will be hoping Solo: A Star Wars Story will win back the trust of those fans. Word today is the early reviews are very positive though a flawed but fun film, which is great news.
