Martin Scorsese’s HUGO CABRET Surprise CAMEO Revealed…Its Johnny Depp!

Is there anything this man isn’t in? Well it looks like HUGO CABRET Martin Scorsese venture into 3d movies has had its cameo spotted and its none other than Johnny Depp! Johnny joins the impressive cast which includes Asa Butterfield, Chloe Moretz, Ben Kingsley, Christopher Lee, Emily Mortimer, Sacha Baron Cohen, Jude Law, Michael Stuhlbarg, Emily Mortimer, Ray Winstone, Frances de la Tour and Richard Griffiths.

The image that spoiled the surprise was printed by French Newspaper Le Parisien via The Playlist, this isn’t really a surprise due to the fact GK Films produced Hugo. They were also involved in the production of The Tourist, Rango, The Rum Diaries, as well as Dark Shadows; all movies which have or had Depp in.

So check out the image below along with a image which shows the mechanical Man our hero Hugo encounters with his friend played by Chloe Moretz encounter during the film.

Hugo Cabret, Scorsese’s first film shot in 3D, tells the tale of an orphan boy living a secret life in the walls of a Paris train station.   When Hugo encounters a broken machine, an eccentric girl, and the cold, reserved man who runs the toy shop, he is caught up in a magical, mysterious adventure that could put all of his secrets in jeopardy.
