We all get old sometime in our lives, it’s part of life being human. In a New clip for Rules Don’t Apply titled ‘Exception’, focuses on Marla Mabrey (Lily Collins) and Frank Forbes (Alden Ehrenreich) as they discuss the rules of Hollywood…

In January Warren Beatty‘s long awaited return not just to the front of the camera but also behind it will finally arrive in the UK and Irish shores. There maybe over 8 weeks until it arrive but this week the USA will get the opportunity to see the movie in the cinema. Because of this we’re able to witness the early buzz and thankfully the word is good making an already packed January even more intriguing.

Twentieth Century Fox Pictures have also sent us over an infographic called ‘Hollywood Starmap‘ which is designed in the form of one of those maps that show off the celebs homes. The map shows off the cast in a fun way as the movie is based around the golden era of Hollywood.

In Rules Don’t Apply An aspiring young actress (Lily Collins) and her ambitious young driver (Alden Ehrenreich) struggle hopefully with the absurd eccentricities of the wildly unpredictable billionaire (Warren Beatty) whom they work for.

It’s Hollywood, 1958. Small town beauty queen and devout Baptist virgin Marla Mabrey (Collins), under contract to the infamous Howard Hughes (Beatty), arrives in Los Angeles. At the airport, she meets her driver Frank Forbes (Ehrenreich), who is engaged to be married to his 7th-grade sweetheart and is a deeply religious Methodist. Their instant attraction not only puts their religious convictions to the test, but also defies Hughes’ #1 rule: no employee is allowed to have any relationship whatsoever with a contract actress. Hughes’ behaviour intersects with Marla and Frank in very separate and unexpected ways, and as they are drawn deeper into his bizarre world, their values are challenged and their lives are changed.

Rules Don’t Apply arrives in UK&Ireland in January 2017.
