He Is The Law And This Is His Motion Poster, Call him DREDD! Lionsgate have released a really cool Motion poster for what we hope to be the true big screen adaptation after that embarrassing 1995 film which we will utter no more words on! 35 years or so after his creation Mega City One’s ultimate law enforcer John Wagner and Carlos Ezquerra is still going strong in 200AD as well as his own magazine too. One American friend said to me recently “Paul God Bless America for creating 2000AD” His narrow mind, Don’t worry I put him in his place reminded him the roots of Dredd are British!

Drugs are still a problem or Slo-Mo a substance that effectively slows time by 90%. Ma-Ma the criminal drug lynchpin controls as well as produces the drug giving her total control over Mega City One  however there’s one Lawman knows Ma-Ma is not the law but Dredd who is determined to infiltrate her block and let her know ‘I Am The Law’

The poster is part of the increasing numbers of promotion creeping online in time for next weeks Comic Con so do expect a flurry of other film goodies to creep online and we’ll do our best to bring you most of them if not all. One word of caution whilst looking at this poster Judge Dredd (Karl Urban) passes judgement on the viewer, unfortunately it could be the last thing you see as your sentence will likely be death!
