Korean Zombie Drama All Of Us Are Dead Gets A Netflix Trailer

When it comes to Zombies* the Koreans are fast becoming experts at the genre. From Zombies on trains (Train To Busan, Seoul Station), Period zombies (Rampant, Kingdom), Zombies on the block (#alive) to cabbage eating zombies (Zombie For Sale). Now they come to schools in All Of Us Are Dead and Netflix tease our curiosities with a First Trailer.

The 12 episode series is based on the 2009 digital comic from Joo Dong-Geun. The series is created by Lee JQ, Chun Sung-il, and Kim Nam-su.

The trailer is essentially a teaser promo with no dialogue. What the trailer does do, is highlight the epic scale of the show. Hordes of undead attack, attack, attack, no holding back with blood and gore. Insane stuff and the teaser also shows an exorcist style zombie that backwards like a spider!

Here’s hoping this doesn’t fall into those generic tropes seen in many previous zombie genre films and shows. After the recent success of The Squid Game and even Train To Busan we have faith this one will deliver.

A group of students trapped in a high school and find themselves in dire situations as they seek to be rescued from a zombie invasion of their school.

The series stars Yoon Chan-young, Park Ji-hoo, Cho Yi-hyun, Park Solomon, and Yoo In-soo.

All Of Us Are Dead will be released globally including UK and Ireland from 28th January.
