Spring is knocking on the door and here at The Peoples Movies & Cinehouse we are recruiting for new writers.

We can give you the platform to unleash your passion to write fantastic reviews, preview and debate everything from Hollywood blockbusters, arthouse, independent, world cinema. From Anime, horror to the weird and wonderful, if you have the willingness to tackle any film, anything film related that comes your way we want you to join us!

From film reviews, posting the latest news & trailers, features and articles, if you can make it entertaining most of all informative, creative what you waiting for?!The opportunities don’t stop there attend preview screenings (London or  Glasgow), interviews, attend film events, film festivals we will let you unleash your creative side. So if it’s experience to increase your experience on your CV it’s time to use your imitative.

Please beware this is not a paid position, everyone is volunteers as we love film. So if your looking to enhance your CV, get some writing experience, come onboard. There will be at times there maybe some cash, but you’ll get to see films before there out, attend film festivals, other events and interviews. Though we are looking for UK&Irish writers this position is opened non UK writers if you are interested mention more in any other info question in form

Freelancers are welcomed especially on the review sides and be able to attend either London, or Glasgow (bi-monthly) press screenings/days. Opportunities to attend Interviews, Press Conferences will also be available too.

– Prior experience writing for an online or print publication is strongly preferred but not essential.
– Extensive knowledge of TV and Movie (both past and present) is a requirement.
– Knowledge of WordPress a plus. Knowledge of Image Editing also a plus.
