Jennifer Lawrence Gets ‘Dirty’ In New No Hard Feelings Trailer
and Maddie (Jennifer Lawrence) and Percy (Andrew Barth Feldman) in Columbia Pictures’ NO HARD FEELINGS.
From previous posts we know things will be pretty awkward in No Hard Feelings, today Sony Pictures release a second UK Trailer. In that new promo Jennifer Lawrence is about ‘dirty’, very dirty!
Lawrence may have already shown she can handle herself in the action arena with The Hunger Games and X-Men, how will she be in comedy?
In this one she plays down in her luck Maddie. Officially homeless and jobless however is her luck about to change when she thinks she’s hit jackpot with a new job. This position is working for the wealthy parents of a 19 year old man whom they want Maddie to date before he leaves for university.
Director Gene Stupnitsky (Good Boys) is no stranger to the comedy wants to be risqué, raunchy most of the times not the best. He did write the script for the unfunny Dirty Grandpa, this does feel more Bad Teacher which Stupitsky wrote. I don’t know about you, this comedy just doesn’t do it for me which may start funny, then fade away…

On the brink of losing her childhood home, Maddie (Lawrence) discovers an intriguing job listing: wealthy helicopter parents looking for someone to “date” their introverted 19-year-old son, Percy, before he leaves for college. To her surprise, Maddie soon discovers the awkward Percy is no sure thing.
No Hard Feelings also stars Andrew Feldman, Scott McArthur, Laura Benanti, Natalie Morales, Ebon Moss-Bachrach, along with Matthew Broderick. You can catch the film in UK and Irish cinemas from 21st June.
