A beloved romantic comedy is getting a reimagining, and two of its original stars now seem to be making an appearance in the movie! Jennifer Garner and Judy Greer were recently spotted on set of Netflix’s 13 Going On 30 reboot. According to Variety, they were filming a scene in Santa Monica with Emily Bader (People We Meet on Vacation), who is leading the reimagining alongside Logan Lerman (The Perks of Being a Wallflower).

Garner, who originally played Jenna Rink, the awkward teenager magically transported into her life as a 30-year-old magazine editor, was already on board the new movie as an executive producer. Greer, who played Jenna’s frenemy, Lucy “Tom-Tom” Wyman, was not otherwise known to be involved.

Just a few months ago, Garner told Variety about why she championed this reboot 22 years later. “Itโ€™s the first of many, many times that someone has brought [a reboot] up to me, so it started to feel like โ€” I donโ€™t want it to happen without me participating,” she said before praising Bader. “I want to watch her do it. I mean, why should it just be me? Why canโ€™t magic strike twice? Why canโ€™t she have an incredible experience with it in a way that audiences can relate all over again?”

So far, Netflix hasn’t confirmed whether Garner and Greer are reprising their roles or if these will be limited to small cameos. Details about the film’s plot are also being kept under wraps.

We do know that the new 13 Going on 30 is directed by Brett Haley, who most recently helmed Netflixโ€™s adaptation of Emily Henryโ€™s People We Meet On Vacation, which also starred Bader and was a massive hit. Taylor Zakhar Perez (Red, White & Royal Blue), Jessica Alba (Too Much), Adeline Rudolph (Chilling Adventures of Sabrina), Taylor Ortega (Big Mistakes), Tim Meadows (Mean Girls), and Dan Bucatinsky (Hacks) will also star in the reboot.

A premiere date has not yet been announced.
