Why did you come ?” “I Came here to kill you” and we came here to enjoy the final short but sweet trailer for Spectre and that man is James, James Bond! After the disappointment of the recent theme tune Bondaholics where is the dire need of cheering up and tonight we have that reminder why we love Her Majesty’s favourite spy.

After the world success of Skyfall the anticipation level of Spectre has been astronomincal raising the hopes of fans that Sam Mendes and possibly Daniel Craig‘s final film deliver the goods. With the film teasing us with possibly iconic enemies of Bond we can’t be more excited we only have just over 3 weeks to wait!

A cryptic message from the past sends James Bond (Daniel Craig) on a rogue mission to Mexico City and eventually Rome, where he meets Lucia Sciarra (Monica Bellucci), the beautiful and forbidden widow of an infamous criminal. Bond infiltrates a secret meeting and uncovers the existence of the sinister organisation known as SPECTRE.

Meanwhile back in London, Max Denbigh (Andrew Scott), the new head of the Centre for National Security, questions Bond’s actions and challenges the relevance of MI6, led by M (Ralph Fiennes). Bond covertly enlists Moneypenny (Naomie Harris) and Q (Ben Whishaw) to help him seek out Madeleine Swann (Léa Seydoux), the daughter of his old nemesis Mr White (Jesper Christensen), who may hold the clue to untangling the web of SPECTRE. As the daughter of an assassin, she understands Bond in a way most others cannot.

As Bond ventures towards the heart of SPECTRE, he learns of a chilling connection between himself and the enemy he seeks

The new trailer doesn’t unveil any revelations thankfully but focusing on the action sequences as well as that wafer thin relationship between Bond and Franck Oberhauser (Christoph Waltz). Most of the trailer is a recap of what we’ve seen already in previous trailer with tidbits of new footage making it worthy of 70 seconds of your time.

Spectre arrives in UK&Ireland 26th October and USA on 6th November.
