It’s No ‘Endgame’ For Chris Hemsworth In Extraction Trailer

It was no ‘endgame’ for The Russo Brothers Joe & Anthony with Avengers: Endgame. Same can be said for Thor himself, Chris Hemsworth and all three are ‘Comic book Gods’ by comic book fan boys. The Russo Brothers have already moved on producing 21 Bridges, now there producing again for this Netflix Thriller, Extraction.

We’ve been waiting for a while now, finally Netflix have released the official Trailer.  Hemsworth seems to be  going for a John Rambo  mercenary style character. A man whose hard it tough, fighting for survival.

If your wondering if this one has any  comic book connections, yes it does. Based on Andie Park’s graphic novel Ciudad , Extraction sees Hemsworth as Tyler Rake. An black market mercenary , who  embarks on the most deadly extraction of his career. He’s enlisted to rescue the kidnapped son of an imprisoned international crime lord.

This film is the directorial feature debut for Sam Hargrave who was the Russo Brothers Stunt Coordinator. Perfect marriage if your expecting plenty of action, fingers crossed…

Extraction will launch on Netflix on 24th April 2020.
