Interviews: We spoke to the cast of Primate at the UK Gala
To celebrate the UK release of the bloodthirsty and horrifying Primate, which is now out in cinemas across the UK, we had the honour of speaking to the cast and director of the film at the recent UK Gala.
We spoke to Johannes Roberts (Director) and the rest of the cast about how it felt to work with practical effects rather than CGI, sharing their enthusiasm about working with Miguel Torres Umba, who played Ben the Chimp on set.
Synopsis:
Home from college, Lucy reunites with family including pet chimp Ben. But when Ben contracts rabies during a pool party and turns aggressive, Lucy and her friends have no choice but to barricade themselves in a pool, devising ways to survive the vicious chimp.
