“Hola!” Your Cordingly Invited to Watch New UK Trailer For [REC]3 GENESIS!
They always say a wedding is the death of the brides father especially if your a traditional family when he squares up the overall bill for the big day, there is also the small matter of the Mother In Law who is determined to prove your not good enough! It’s a happy momentous day but stressful one too so the last thing you need is some unwelcomed guests turning up like zombies!
Thanks to Empire the Iberian masters of zombie love Paco Plaza & Jaume Balaguero return for a third bite at the popular Spanish franchise [REC] with [REC]3:GENESIS and we have the official UK Trailer. This time the Plaza has taken full charge of the third instalment (Balaguero isdirecting 4th part [REC]4 Apocalypse) which sees the madness move from the Barcelona apartment block out into the countryside to where everything kicked off, yes this is a prequel (4th to be finale). We head off to the wedding, then the reception for young couple Clara & Koldo but as everyone starts to enjoy the night the infected arrive and soon enough the guests start to join the ever increasing legions of infected looking for a piece of the bride and co!
It does look like they’ve went for a more fun approach without loosing any of the scare tactics that have made this franchise so popular. I’m curious to know also with the fourth film Apocalypse been made I wonder if they’ll go for the Demons type ending with the protagonists escaping only to get outside to find infected everywhere ? Or will it be set in a post apocalypse setting anyway? Koldo and Clara are about to celebrate the most important day of their lives: their wedding. The reception is being held at a beautiful old stately home in the middle of the countryside. Everything appears to be running smoothly and the bride and groom and their families are enjoying a wonderful day; that is until some of the guests start showing signs of a strange illness. Before they know what’s happening, the bride and groom find themselves in the middle of a hellish ordeal, as an uncontrollable torrent of violence is unleashed. Amidst the chaos, Koldo and Clara become separated and begin a desperate search for one another. What started off as an idyllic day quickly descends into a nightmare of the worst kind…
