God Asks, Devil Commands New Trailer, TV Spot For The Last Exorcism 2

Not many people embraced the first film, but as many among us at The People’s Movies are horror fans enjoyed the Eli Roth produced film and now he’s back producing once again , tonight we have the trailers, TV Spot for The Last Exorcism Part 2.

Ashley Bell returns as Nell Sweetzer with this film picking up where the first film finished off where young Nell is found dirty, alone, confused , very scared after escaping the demonic ritual in the same woods. Examined by the doctors Nell can’t remember anything that happened apart from the fact she is the only living member of her family still alive she moves into a halfway house for girls In New Orleans, gets a new job even a boyfriend. With her life now back on track things may look good however Nell doesn’t feel right, rightly so as the demon that possessed her once before wants her again but not in the same way this time.

This follow up does look like it has the same creep, chill factors as the previous film but the demon looks like it’ll be taking a slightly more subtle route. The tv spot is the latest video which contains the freshest new footage however as the other trailers slipped our radar so everything is new here!

The Last Exorcism Part 2 is directed by Ed Gass-Donnelly who directed the recent indie hit Small Town Murder Songs hopefully some of that success will rub off on this film too. The film also stars Spencer Treat Clark, Andrew Sensenig with the film due to arrive in UK&Ireland 15th March.
