The Future Is Bleak In Final X-Men:Days Of Future Past UK Trailer

X-Men:Days Of Future Past

Last night at our facebook page we revealed a new and what is been billed as final X-Men:Days Of Future Past trailer was been aired on US TV. Wednesday morning it’s time the official UK  version of the new trailer and calling it epic is an understatement!

With 5 weeks go until the film arrives we know we’ll still have plenty of clips, tv spots, featurettes to come maybe even another ‘trailer’. This new trailer focus is on Wolverine and his mission to find Charles Xavier , Magneto and when they meet meet the action kicks off big style but can Charles and Magneto put their differences to one side for the sake of future mutant kind?

In X-Men:Days Of The Future Past  Logan (Hugh Jackman) finds his conscience sent back to 1973 as the future is dark, a world where gigantic mutant killing robots Sentinels  created by Bolivar Trask (Peter Dinklage) in 1970.  He must find  young Charles Xavier (James McAvoy) and Magneto (Michael Fassbender) prevent that future ever happening.

You can look at this trailer in to ways. Brilliantly setting up the premise of the story expanding on Wolverine’s role in the film most of all showcasing the awesome action we can enjoy and those bad boys the Sentinels know how to unleash the destruction. The other way to look at this trailer is a little bit of a spoiler  as it does pack a lot into the near 3 minutes the trailer runs, stuff you would rather wait to see at your local cinema. We also get a nice glimpse of Quicksilver (Evan Peters, American Horror Story) who maybe new to the films but the X-Men universe he’s no stranger and a bit of an handful here in the trailer!

Talking more X-Men Goodies we also have a brand new clip which highlights the film’s opening scene battle and the terrifying power of the Sentinels setting up the films future timeline perfectly. Below check out the new character posters from the film too!

X-men:Days Of Future Past is out in UK& Ireland from 22nd May 2014 and will co-star Patrick Stewart, Ian Mckellan , Jennifer Lawrence, Hugh Jackman, Ellen Page, Nicholas Hoult, Anna Paquin, Halle Berry.
