Freedom Is Fun And Dangerous In Netflix’s The Society Trailer

Netflix has released the full Trailer for The Society, their modern Lord Of The Flies-esque supernatural chiller.

Freedom can be fun, freedom can also be dangerous as a group of wealthy teens find themselves in a town with no parents to be seen. Where they victims of Thanos clicking his fingers or was it Supernatural?

This Trailer gives us a better insight into the series set up. We learn that the word ‘Society’ isn’t always the friendly word we want it to be. As the strongest start to take charge, get order in place. With order comes challenges, over zealous ideologies, greed, power hungry individuals.

If you miss Lost and don’t mind younger actors, The Society might be up your street.

The Society follows a group of teenagers who are mysteriously transported to a facsimile of their wealthy New England town without any trace of their parents. Their newfound freedom will be fun… but it will also be very dangerous. As they struggle to figure out what has happened to them and how to get home, they must establish order and form alliances if they want to survive.

The show includes the cast of many: Rachel Keller (Cassandra), Kathryn Newton (Allie), Alex Fitzalan(Harry), Kristine Froseth (Kelly), Jacques Colimon (Will), Sean Berdy (Sam), Toby Wallace (Campbell), Gideon Adlon (Becca), Olivia DeJonge (Elle), Alex MacNicoll (Luke), Natasha Liu Bordizzo (Helena), Jose Julian (Gordie), Salena Qureshi (Bean), Jack Mulhern (Grizz), Grace Victoria Cox (Lexie).

The Society  will launch globally on Netflix on 10th May 2019.
