Fight, Dream, Hope, Love Watch 4 New Les Miserables Featurettes

It’s the longest running musical in London’s West End and next month the epic historical musical will become a blockbuster film, Les Misérables. As we creep closer to the much anticipated release (which is only 2 weeks away if your Stateside), Universal Pictures have released a new batch of videos with 4 new featurettes.

The new Les Mis videos delve into the production design, hair&make up, costumes side of the film with the awards season only weeks away and Oscars especially you can expect the film to challenge for these technical awards. The fourth featurette is all about the new a new song ‘Suddenly’ and despite the musical full off iconic tunes, this new one feels at home within the classics, all intriguing stuff. Whatever you think of this film it will be winning awards and on 11th January 2013 you can find out yourself  why Anne Hathaway ‘I Dreamed A Dream’.

Les Miserables has an all star ensembled cast of: Hugh Jackman,Russell Crowe, Eddie Redmayne, Amanda Seyfried, Sacha Baron Cohen, Helena Bonham Carter, Aaron Tveit, Samantha Barks, Isabelle Allen.

Set against the backdrop of 19th-century France, Les Misérables tells an enthralling story of broken dreams and unrequited love, passion, sacrifice and redemption—a timeless testament to the survival of the human spirit. Jackman plays ex-prisoner Jean Valjean, hunted for decades by the ruthless policeman Javert (Crowe) after he breaks parole. When Valjean agrees to care for factory worker Fantine’s (Hathaway) young daughter, Cosette, their lives change forever.
