Extremely Loud and Incredibly Close Trailer Starring Tom Hanks and Sandra Bullock

Warner Bros have released the first trailer for Extremely Loud and  Incredibly Close  the movie based on the celebrated novel from acclaimed writer  Jonathan Safran Foer. The movie tells the story of  Oskar a boy who believes his father a victim of the 9/11 attacks has left a final message for them somewhere in New York City and embarks on a journey to discover the lock of the mysterious key he possess.
Emotional the tragic events of 9/11 collapse of the Word Trade Centre was, but using that event  along with Tom Hanks (who plays Oskar’s Father), Sandra Bullock (his mother) then bang U2’s The Streets Have No Names is a tad distasteful especially as this movie is probably aiming for Oscar nominations. Using tragedy for the means award is disrespectful  to victims, it’s time to move give the victims families respect, Extremely Loud And Incredibly Close certainly a movie that will get the old waterworks going . The movie stars Thomas Horn, Max Von Sydow, Viola Davis, John Goodman, Jeffrey Wright, and James Gandolfini star in the film directed by Stephen Daldry .
Extremely Loud And Incredibly Close will be out in UK&Ireland on February 3rd, 2012 (USA Limited December 25th, then January 20th, 2012).
Oskar (Thomas Horn) is convinced that his father (Tom Hanks), who died in the 9/11 attacks on the World Trade Center, has left a final message for him hidden somewhere in the city. Feeling disconnected from his grieving mother (Sandra Bullock) and driven by a relentlessly active mind that refuses to believe in things that can’t be observed, Oskar begins searching New York City for the lock that fits a mysterious key he found in his father’s closet. His journey through the five boroughs takes him beyond his own loss to a greater understanding of the observable world around him.
