Grid Iron UK is a new comedy sports film released on October 3rd 2016 from Safe Cracker films. This quirky and emotional British comedy is sure to become a classic!
Derek(Michael Dixon) is a young dreamer living and working in 1985 England. Failing at everything he sets out to do. He gets an idea one day to form his own American Football team with friends. This proves a wild idea in a country dominated by Soccer, rugby and good old fish and chips. Determined to prove to his wife, the world and to Himself that he can succeed in something, even at the risk of losing everything.
Safe Cracker are a company that I think are doing such a wonderful job, although I follow more their horror titles, I really admire a company for taking on numerous genres. This film is without a doubt going to serve the company well.
This was a very well done achievement in British film. It had everything going for it. Laughs emotion, heart and strength. After watching this film I found myself wanting to do so much more with my own life and to work really hard.
I think its one of those films that really makes you think about your own life and how you are living it. I liked that a film can make me feel so much while being so funny.
I think it’s the heart and soul that was put into the film that made it so brilliant. As I mentioned I think its so great that Safe Cracker are releasing such a brilliant film and I can not wiat to see the response the film gets from audiences.
This is surely going to be a film that will be loved and respected for many years to come.
I love this film and I think its one that should be one for any film fan to add to their collection!I like under dog films and this was one of those for sure seeing the passion that someone has an dthe sheer determination that Derek has to do something worth while. It relalu reaffirms that working hard pays off.
Great, fantastic and wonderful!!
