With many cinephiles eyes focused on Star Wars: The Force Awakens only 2 weeks away now and Marvel already made their first moves Phase 3, Warner Bros do want to remind us this Easter DC’s finest will be coming 2016 too.

Picking up after the events of Man Of Steel,Batman V Superman: Dawn Of Justice Fearing the actions of a god-like super hero left unchecked, Gotham City’s own formidable, forceful vigilante takes on Metropolis’s most revered, modern-day savior, while the world wrestles with what sort of hero it really needs. And with Batman and Superman at war with one another, a new threat quickly arises, putting mankind in greater danger than it’s ever known before.

The new footage is flowing here with more shots of Superman and Batman firing more blows at each other mostly verbal as they honestly don’t like each other. This promo is living up to it’s film title,nothing is held back here, but did we expect for so much to be revealed? Probably not. Whilst this trailer excites us even more and we’re not easily put off with so much new footage but those wanting to save themselves for the big day might be frustrated and angry. It’s a catch 22 for studios when it comes to their tentpole films, reveal nothing or tease our curiosities.

We finally get our first look at those characters we’ve only witnessed in images with Jesse Eisenberg‘s Lex Luthor and Gil Gadot‘s Wonder Woman. We assume from what we see here is that our Amazonian super warrior might be peacekeeper. However Lex Luthor does have one thing in common with the Batman, they both hate Superman and nothing is clear on his part within the film. What could be the dealbreaker is the they have revealed the primary villain…Doomsday! Whatever happens this is going to be hell of an emotional rollercaster ride we want to be part of.

Batman V Superman: Dawn Of Justice arrives in UK cinemas March 2016, co-starring Jeremy Irons, Diane Lane, Holly Hunter, Scoot McNairy, and Laurence Fishburne.
