Sky Original‘s Serial killer comedy Code 404 will be back in a few weeks with Season 3. Sky have released the official new season Trailer, that shows the boys are not counting out Craig David.
They maybe our crime fighting duo from the future, because the clues make up lines from a song they shouldn’t count him out as a suspect.
Series three welcomes back Daniel Mays and Stephen Graham as the AI-enhanced “supercop” DI John Major and his long-suffering partner DI Roy Carver. When one of their own fellow officers is murdered the pair are hellbent in catching the killer. With tensions high and them now being the potential next targets, can they work together before it’s too late?
They might be from the future, the pair are one Fry Short Of A Happy Meal. Silly and stupid and that’s what fans love about this show.

On limited duties pending an investigation into their last case, Detective Inspectors Major and Carver find themselves at an all-time low. So, when one of their own within SIU is murdered, Major and Carver become hellbent on solving the case and proving their worth. But it’s bigger than they thought… They discover they’re dealing with a twisted serial killer whose sights are now set on them. With lives at stake, they need to work together, but tensions run high and fractures in their partnership begin to worsen. Can they hunt them down before it’s too late?
The new season’s cast will also include Anna Maxwell Martin, Rosie Cavaliero, Michelle Greenidge, Richard Gadd, Amanda Payton, Tracy-Ann Oberman and Michael Armstrong. This series also introduces to the cast Vinette Robinson as Professor McAllister and Daniel Lawrence Taylor as journalist Searle.
Code 404 Season 3 will premiere on Sky Comedy and streaming service NOW from 4th August.
