Disney Unveils Trailer For The Beatles Restored Anthology Series

These 4 guys from Liverpool need no introduction, later this month the Fab Four. Later this month on Disney+, The Beatle Anthology will arrive on the channel, today you can watch the series Trailer.

We’ve heard many fans and music experts share their love and expertise on the most influential band in the world. The Beatles Anthology, it’s from the band themselves, John Lennon, Paul McCartney, George Harrison, and Ringo Starr.

If you’re wondering “is this not an old series?” you would be correct. This nine part documentary series was released originally in 1995 on ITV, now 30 years on remastered and ready to be enjoyed by fans of new and old.

Synopsis | John Lennon, Paul McCartney, George Harrison, and Ringo Starr take us along for the ride as they revisit the highs and lows and twists and turns of The Beatles’ long and winding eight years as a band. The series spans the band’s gritty, hungry early days, to the phenomenon of Beatlemania and global superstardom. The series’ new ninth episode features illuminating and previously unreleased footage of Paul, George and Ringo during the creation of the original 1990s “Anthology” series and music project. “The Beatles Anthology” was originally broadcast in 1995 in the U.S. on ABC and in the UK on ITV, followed by a blockbuster, GRAMMY Award®-winning home video release. For Disney+, several elements of the series have been updated, including an incredible footage restoration and sound mix overseen by the Apple Corps production team working with the supremely skilled technicians at Peter Jackson’s Park Road Post in Wellington, New Zealand.

“The Beatles Anthology” joins several other iconic films and series from The Beatles on Disney+, including “Let It Be,” “Beatles ’64,” and the Emmy® Award-winning series, “The Beatles: Get Back.” All these can be found in The Beatles Collection on Disney+.

The Beatles Anthology will launch on 26th November.
