Destroy the dragon, and take back your homeland, next month we take a step closer to that reality but today we’ll feast our eyes on the brand new  The Hobbit:The Desolation Of Smaug Trailer.
First of all I have to apologise at the video for last night’s fan event which I believe did not work, it was something out of our control but don’t despair this new 3 minute sneak peek delivers the new footage you missed. In the second film of The Hobbit film trilogy Master Baggins (Martin Freeman), Gandalf (Ian McKellan) and  the company of Dwarves led by Thorin Oakenshield (Richard Armitage) take a another closer to reclaim the lost Dwarf Kingdom of Erebor. The quest is epic and what awaits them at the kingdom is an unwanted guest who is the King under the mountain.
The new trailer ups the stakes giving us an idea the scope of the film, from what we’ve seen so far the ante has been raised for  The Hobbit:The Desolation Of Smaug . The first film wasn’t perfect it teased us all in what we can expect to see in the upcoming movie and last film too, but its a dog eat dog world and it’s certain some people will still be disappointed just hope they can remember The Hobbit target demographic is different, lot younger than Lord Of The Rings. Just embrace the chance to go back to Middle Earth once again!
As well as The Hobbit:The Desolation Of Smaug 3 minute preview, the latest production blog was also screened. The video goes back to the Summer when they where doing the ‘pickups’  and a very frustrated Ian McKellan lets rip with the verbals!
