Charlize Theron Is ‘Immortal’ In The Old Guard’ Netflix Trailer

We’ve known for a while Charlize Theron can handle herself in action films. Netflix have released the First Trailer for The Old Guard and further proof she is an  bonafide ‘immortal’ action hero.

Forever is harder than it looks as Theron stars as the immortal leader of an elite group of mercenaries. She plays Andy whose job is to protect us mortals from those dangers that lurked in the world.  They can’t die but when their existence comes under threat Andy must train a new recruit.

The film is based on a  graphic novel created by Greg Rucka. Ticks all the boxes for a action film, the immortal twist gives the film that superhero edge. The trailer showcases the action  side of the film, here’s hoping it rises above the previous Netflix action films…

The film also stars Marwan Kenzari, Luca Marinelli, Harry Melling, Van Veronica Ngo, Matthias Schoenaerts and Chiwetel Ejiofor.

The Old Guard is set for release on Netflix UK,Ireland and USA from 10th July.
