Explore the unknown this March, charter the unchartered of the Amazon Jungle with Charlie Hunnam In The Lost City Of Z. Today we get our first look at the movie’s UK trailer which tells the incredible true story of British explorer Percy Fawcett. A story of an explorer who finds his destiny and disappears.

Just before Christmas, we did show off the movie’s U.S trailer which focal point was all around the classic adventure tone of the movie. The new UK trailer gives us a look at the epic expansive locations and that the movie won’t just be set in one place.Do good old fashion adventure movies still have life in 21st Century cinema? On the evidence of this trailer, the answer is yes!

Based on author David Grann’s nonfiction bestseller, THE LOST CITY OF Z tells the incredible true story of British explorer Percy Fawcett (Charlie Hunnam), who journeys into the Amazon at the dawn of the 20th century and discovers evidence of a previously unknown, advanced civilisation that may have once inhabited the region. Despite being ridiculed by the scientific establishment who regard indigenous populations as “savages”, the determined Fawcett – supported by his devoted wife (Sienna Miller), son (Tom Holland) and aide de camp (Robert Pattinson) – returns time and again to his beloved jungle in an attempt to prove his case, culminating in his mysterious disappearance in 1925.

2017 is going to be a real test for British actor Hunnam with this movie and King Arthur where it will test lead role abilities. Some may say Pacific Rim was that test however he did have strong actors some lead actors around to support him. This movie the supporting cast are on the same level as Hunnam, however, if you have any doubts early reviews support we have an intriguing good movie on our hands. That’s enough for us!

The Lost City Of Z now has a new official UK & Irish cinema release which 24th March. The movie also stars Robert Pattinson, Sienna Miller and Tom Holland.
