About 5 years ago I spent 2 summers working in Sorrento near Naples, Italy and during my time I noticed how big and popular the Tiziano Sclavi Dylan Dog comic book was, but I also knew he was known outside its Native Italy. its unusal to see a Italian comic book get a English language movie adaptation and even bigger shock when you see the trailer why this isn’t straight to dvd though it could be in UK as there’s no distributor. The idea of a of a living human been the investigator of all crimes within the underworld of the creatures and ghouls of the night but that where the goodiness of DYLAN DOG: DEAD OF THE NIGHT actually ends. The special effects and make up for this one are bad it looks like your watching Buffy The Vampire Slayer with buffy having a sex change transforming into Dylan Dog. If you where to find a director that make M.Night Shyamalan look good its Kevin Munroe!
DYLAN DOG DEADÂ OF THE NIGHT stars Brandon Routh, Sam Huntington, Anita Briem, Taye Diggs, Peter Stormare, Brian Steele, Kurt Angle with the American release been April 29th.
