Behold! The First Trailer for Furiosa: A Mad Max Saga Has Arrived!

This is her Odyssey, will she have it to make it an epic one? Behold Warner Bros. Have released the first UK Trailer for Furiosa: A Mad Max Saga!

Nearly 9 years after Mad Max: Fury Road, Charlize Theron‘s Furiosa character gets her long awaited own film. It’s been a long road that many time never looked we would ever get to the other end. Of course a lot has happened now next spring the light at the end of the tunnel is here. The Trailer was revealed at Brazil Comic Con with a Poster which you can check out below.

Anya Taylor-Joy plays our young Furiosa and this is her story how she ended up part of The Immortan Joe (now played by Chris Hemsworth) gang. Will Mad Max himself appear, it’s hard to say, the title calling it a ‘Saga’ suggests probably not. We never know!

Anya Taylor-Joy and Chris Hemsworth star in Academy Award-winning mastermind George Miller’s “Furiosa: A Mad Max Saga,” the much-anticipated return to the iconic dystopian world he created more than 30 years ago with the seminal “Mad Max” films. Miller now turns the page again with an all-new original, standalone action adventure that will reveal the origins of the powerhouse character from the multiple Oscar-winning global smash “Mad Max: Fury Road.” The new feature from Warner Bros. Pictures and Village Roadshow Pictures is produced by Miller and his longtime partner, Oscar-nominated producer Doug Mitchell (“Mad Max: Fury Road,” “Babe”), under their Australian-based Kennedy Miller Mitchell banner.

As the world fell, young Furiosa is snatched from the Green Place of Many Mothers and falls into the hands of a great Biker Horde led by the Warlord Dementus. Sweeping through the Wasteland, they come across the Citadel presided over by The Immortan Joe. While the two Tyrants war for dominance, Furiosa must survive many trials as she puts together the means to find her way home.

The film also stars Tom Burke, Nathan Jones, Angus Sampson, Quaden Bayles, Daniel Webber, and Lachy Hulme. Furiosa: A Mad Max Saga will be in UK, Irish and U.S Cinemas from 24th May 2024.
