Anne Hathaway Joins Christopher Nolan on Interstellar
Now with Batman now behind him we all eagerly wait Christopher Nolan’s next project which we know is Sci-Fi Epic Interstellar which looks like may have snapped its leading lady Anne Hathaway.
Whilst last week Nolan broke the mould by signing up new blood with Matthew McConaughey but with Hathaway currently looking at finalizing plans to be at least one familiar face to Nolan’s filmography. We don’t know much about the plot for Interstellar which is typical Nolan but we do now the film will be based on a script by his brother Jonathan Nolan about “a heroic interstellar voyage to the furthest reaches of our scientific understanding.” Of course that doesn’t say much but things will be kept secret to the very last minute even after the full cast has been chosen and what information we do know comes from the time when Stephen Spielberg was onboard to direct.
Interstellar we believe is includes time travel, alternate dimensions, typical space exploration as based around theories of astrophysicist Kip Thorne. We don’t know the exact part Hathaway will play but we assume she will be Nolan’s leading lady especially her impressive performance in Dark Knight Rises more recently Les Miserables, probably a scientist part of the team which McConaughey is part off. Who will join them we don’t know but do expect a few more of Nolan’s regular to sign on with Michael Caine been the most likely as he’s appeared in every Nolan film since Batman Begins. Its great to see Anna Hathaway now get a diverse range of roles instead of the romance type films as her recent film she is a versatile actress.
Interstellar production is expected to kick off during the this summer and then arrive at a cinema near you on November 7th, 2014.
