Anime Review – Naruto Shippuden Box Set 18

Naruto Shippuden Box Set 18 isn’t the most action packed of episodes, but it is one of the funniest.

After the near destruction of the hidden leaf village by the hand of the six paths of pain, and with the death of the sixth hokage, Naruto is finding it difficult to convince his closest friends to let him take care of sasuke on his own.

While Naruto is trying to convince his friends the five great nations prepare for the fourth great ninja war against the Akatsuki and Sasuke. The fifth Hokage decides to send Naruto on an S class mission with Guy Sensei and Yamato to the village hidden in the clouds where pirates and sea monsters are roaming free. What Naruto doesn’t know is that they are also going to the lightening village hidden in the clouds for special training with the Eight Tails so that Naruto can control the nine tails demon fox inside him.

Box Set 18 might be lacking those awesome action sequences that they are well known for but it makes up for it with hilarious moments.

The extras include production art, art galleries. Trailers of Naruto Shippuden Movie 1 & Series 1 with two opening themes and two closing themes.
