A Second Parasite UK Trailer Will Twist Your Sanity
If you need further evidence of the high quality of Bong Joon-Ho‘s Parasite, this weeks awards nominations should be proof. Today Curzon Artificial Eye has released a second UK Trailer, that will twist your sanity.
“Act like you own the place,” and what that means, the Korean auteur keeps you guessing. One thing about modern day trailers they reveal too much, spoiling the film when it’s released. There’s nothing better than getting teased and letting your curiosity keep you interested. This new promo gives away nothing, from the early reviews knowing very little helps with the enjoyment of the film.
This trailer plays on the thriller aspects, even a little of the dark satire. It cements Joon-Ho’s talent of being one of film’s great visual storytellers. The Host, Snowpiercer, Okja all prove that claim. Parasite looks twisted, tense, political, socially aware, will it earn the right to be called a ‘masterpiece’? We hope so!
