The Peoples Movies is a long running film website (since 2008), we love giving aspiring writers a chance to expand on their writing experience. A chance to write about Film, Television and streaming services. From blockbusters, world cinema, genre films in various formats the list is endless.

All we ask is you have a passion for all things film, be honest, enticing and we’ll give you the platform. You should also have a good level of spelling and grammar. If you have experience using WordPress, great! If not, not a problem.

As part of our writing team you will have a platform that will give you the experience you want. See films and shows before the public, attend film festivals, related events. Build your writing portfolio, help you up the ladder, or simply stay with us.

All we ask is your flexible and approachable, even bursting of ideas, creative, reliable, able to meet deadlines, and deliver what you promise.

NEWS WRITERS – News writers you will be covering the latest news not just from the news sent to The Peoples Movies but also sourcing around the internet. Next to the news stories you will post the latest trailers, maybe create your own articles, features, etc…

Fancy even being News Editor and take charge of news section?

REVIEWERS – Covering the latest cinema releases, Digital , Home entertainment releases, Netflix, Prime Video, Shudder, Apple, Disney+, MUBI. If it’s film related we love to hear from you!

We are once again looking for Editors in Streaming Services

FEATURE/ARTICLE WRITERS– Love your feature lists, editorials, articles long and short form, share your opinions.

VIDEO BLOGGERS/PODCASTERS – We have a Youtube channel waiting your video content. The Chronicle is our Film Podcast, it also doesn’t need to be the only podcast.
