It will be a slice of nostalgia for them, Paramount Pictures will hope will excite current crop of fans, however trailer teases a different fansbase.

The film will be directed by James Bobin (Alice Through The Walking Glass) with Instant Family‘s Isabela Moner as Dora. She is one of Hollywood’s up and coming young prospects and looking the part and fans will easily relate to her as Dora even if she is slightly older. She does have her Monkey friend Boots by her side!

Dora loves to explore and early on and she is sent on an adventure to find her kidnapped parents (Eva Longoria, Michael Peña) and solving the mystery of The Lost City Of Gold….
