New Venom Trailer Embraces The Monster!

New Venom Trailer Embraces The Monster!

In February, an anti-hero was born when Sony Pictures, Tom Hardy was in it, but Venom wasn’t. Fast forward to today, we have a full international (UK) Trailer and it’s time to embrace the monster!

The first teaser certainly teased on every level, teasing that much it was heavily criticised. Now Eddie Brock (Tom Hardy) meets the alien symbiote, there’s no escaping when it latches onto him…

As Spiderman showcases his youthful charm and wit in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, Sony is slowly universe building a Spiderman version. At the moment it’s one minus Peter Parker, but whose to say that may change as we didn’t expect him to appear in the MCU?! Maybe Venom one day might find himself in MCU too?!For now both separate entities.

This new full trailer is far superior to the teaser, however, we are still second-guessing what the actual plot may be about. Below you’ll notice the synopsis is very basic, hopefully, Sony Pictures are keeping the good stuff for the film.

Is this trailer a spoiler? Possibly as we do get to see a lot of Brock turning into the titular character. Those who’ve read the comic books, know our anti-hero possess the same powers as Spiderman. The Symbiote first attached itself to Spidey before Brock was in the wrong place at the right time.

The Trailer does suggest Brock and his new persona is a product of experiments by Dr. Carlton Reid. Could Sony twist the origins story, which means Spidey might not make a cameo in this?

Below is also a brand new Poster which shows off Eddie Brock, and half that alien symbiote.
