First Trailer For Netflix Drama Scoop, Prince Andrew’s PR Disaster

Sometimes in the event of a PR Disaster, it’s wise to keep your mouth shut. Prince Andrew must have missed the call from the Royal family PR and next month Netflix release Scoop, today we get a first look at the first teaser trailer.
You don’t have to be a fan of the Royals to appreciate after scandal linked to the prince, going on any television programme was an unwise move. Now we have Scoop based on that 2019 BBC Newsnight interview that changed everything.
Gillian Anderson stars as Emily Maitlis who hosted the interview with Rufus Sewell as the Prince. The film pays a homage to those journalist involved in the interview and get inside that story. They would stop at nothing to get that ‘scoop’.
The film is based on the book by the Newsnight producer Sam McAlister who is played by Billie Piper. Keeley Hawes is Amanda Thirsk, Prince Andrewโs private secretary. Romola Garai also stars with Philip Martin (The Crown) directing.
